1 Under Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) signed between the State Government of Manipur represented by Directorate of SCERT, Manipur and IGNOU, New Delhi on 11th Oct 2013, IGNOU Regional Centre Imphal have trained 5000 untrained Government Primary Teachers in Diploma in Elementary Education (DELED).
